General Shipping Information

Shipping takes place from Munich and is free of charge within Germany and the EU. Shipping times are usually 3-12 working days after your order - depending on whether the ring size needs to be adjusted.

Important information for shipping to other countries

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer. Please contact us in advance for shipping outside the EU.
